The Summer Sales Meeting is set to take place at the Virgin Hotels Nashville, in the heart of Music Row. The Virgin is minutes away from the sights and sounds of Broadway and downtown Nashville.

All hotel reservations for the ExploreLearning | Learning A-Z Summer Sales Meeting (June 15-19) will be taken care of by our event planners. If you’d like to extend your stay, we’ve arranged for the group rate of $269/night plus tax for up to three days before/after the meeting dates, subject to hotel availability. Additional days are at your own expense.

Important Note: Friday, June 19 is a recognized ExploreLearning | Learning A-Z holiday. As such, anyone who prefers to fly home on Thursday, June 18 is welcome to do so after 1:30pm (Thursday’s regional sales meetings will conclude by 11:00am). If you prefer to stay in Nashville the night of the 18th and fly home Friday, the company will cover that hotel night for you.
