You’ll need to purchase your own airline ticket to the meeting. For those who were planning to attend our Global Sales Meeting in January, please use the credit you received from the airline to buy a new ticket using AmTrav, our corporate travel partner. Their website is easy to use, and best of all, the cost of your ticket will be charged automatically to the company account, so you will only need to log into Workday and categorize the expense when it posts for approval.

When looking at flights, please plan to arrive into Nashville on Monday, June 15 in time for our 6:30pm Welcome Reception (hotel check-in doesn’t begin until 3pm). Please plan your return flight to depart Nashville either Thursday, June 18 after 1:00pm or anytime on Friday, June 19 (hotel check-out time is 12pm).

Important Note: Friday, June 19 is a recognized Explore Learning/Learning A-Z holiday. As such, anyone who prefers to fly home on Thursday, June 18 is welcome to do so after 1:30pm (Thursday’s regional sales meetings will conclude by 11:00am). If you prefer to stay in Nashville the night of the 18th and fly home Friday, the company will cover that hotel night for you.
